Lunch is served at 12:00 noon, but arrive early and watch arrivals or just hang out by the stone fireplace.

  • Turner's famous sweet corn on the cob
  • Ice cold fresh watermelon
  • Bush's Best beans
  • Pickles, relish, sliced onions, etc.
  • Buns, rolls, bread & butter
  • Cakes, pies, ice cream sundaes
  • Lemonade, coffee, milk

Friday Lunch Spot Landing Contest (Winner gets free lunch.)
  1. We will hold the contest every Friday (weather permitting) on Rwy 04 or 22 only. Listen to CTAF while approaching 68C.
  2. All pilots landing at 68C may participate if they want to. There is no pre-registration. Your N-number and distance is recorded during landing.
  3. Participating pilots should try to land (mains) on the line or after. Landing short is a disqualification.
  4. Safety first. If there is a crosswind on 04/22 use judgement. If you need to use another runway, please do so. Go-around if you need to.
  5. Please do not go-around just for another attempt.

These Friday lunches are open only to registered Associate Members of the Central County Flyers Association. Lifetime family membership is $10, payable at the door. (You must be a proponent of General Aviation.)
