Encaustic Waxes

Zeborah Loray zeborah@theflyingparty.com
I decided to try pourinng up some of the Krafty Lady molds with beeswax. I had been playing with the melting pot and the encaustic waxes, so I had a little bit of encaustic wax in the pot. I added a bunch of the natural colored beeswax to it. Man! The colors from the encaustic wax are so concentrated and intense that it only takes a tiny bit to color a whole pot full of melted beeswax. Great for using with the molds. Woohoo! Love the molds with wax. I used a bit of the metallic buffing waxes to bring out the detail on these, plus a little PX on a few. they are gorgeous without anything added though.
