Every once in a while, I run across new products that are totally and absolute incredible, innovative and extremely versatile. The Krafty Lady Art Moulds are one such product.

When a friend of mine first told me about these moulds, I was a bit leery. Its hard to believe they really can do all the things people say they can do. It was almost.....ALMOST....to good to be true. But I was intrigued, so I called After Midnight Art Stamps and got several of the Krafty Lady Art Moulds. Let me tell you that the owner of After Midnight Art Stamps (Linda Hanson) is a very gracious and well informed person. Customer service is nothing short of outstanding. They even have a toll free phone number!! I received my Krafty Lady Art Moulds in a very short time span and the order was exactly as I had placed it.

So, now I have these beautiful art moulds. What do you do with them? How do you use them? Just exactly WHAT can be done with them? Let me tell you what makes the Krafty Lady Art Moulds an outstanding product.

1. They are 100% non-stick. No brushing a release agent on them, EVER. Nothing seems to stick to these moulds at all, and I've put a LOT of different products in them.

2. You can actually put the art moulds in the oven and bake them, and it doesn't hurt them at all. You can hit the art moulds with a heat gun and it doesn't damage them in any way. WOW!

3. There is a huge variety of the Krafty Lady Art Moulds available to purchase. There are many different themes of moulds, from funky to classical to standard shapes we all need and use. There is literally something for everyone.

4. They are SO incredibly versatile. I used the art moulds with polymer clay, liquid polymer clay, UTEE, Opals Embossing Enamels, various embossing powders, any liquid product that dries clear (gloss varnish medium, Ranger's Glossy Accents, 3-D Crystal Lacquer, Elmer's Glue, etc.), air dry clays in several brands, air dry craft porcelain, Crayola Model Magic, hot glue...and the list can virtually go on and on and on. I really put those art moulds through their paces and I can honestly say that I was never, not even once, disappointed. I particularly liked the fact that I could use a huge range of products I already owned with the art moulds.

5. You can use them over and over. Cleaning the moulds is a snap. Just use a little dish soap, warm water and an old toothbrush and give it a good scrub...now you're good to go for the next round of creative adventures and the moulds are still non-stick. Cleaning doesn't damage them in any way.

6. The moulds create incredibly detailed moulded images. Its amazing.

One thing that totally blew me away was the experiment I did using Translucent Liquid Sculpy. I brushed some Pearl Ex (antique silver) in the bottom of the mould and then poured the liquid sculpy into the mould. I gave it a few minutes to sit so any bubbles left in the liquid sculpy could rise to the top and I popped the bubbles with a pin. I fired up my toaster oven and baked the mould with the liquid sculpy in it, per package instructions on the liquid sculpy. What I ended up with was an incredible key and keyhole image that actually looked like antique silver and was flexible and resistant to breakage.
