This is one of the most creative and delightful books I've read in quite a while. Judi Kauffman does an excellent job of describing the concepts while providing many finished samples to look at.
Initially I wondered why a person would want to create pieces by the batch, thinking that they would all look the same. That simply isn't true!! Judi shows you how to create art using an assemly line technique that allows you to individualize and personalize each piece so that no two pieces look exactly the same. It really is an amazing concept and one that I can't believe I never thought of attempting myself.
Judi takes you thru the entire creative process - begining to end. Not only do you learn how to maximize your limited time and available supplies, you also learn many basic concepts such as:
